How do IPEN Notary Connect credits work?

Each plan includes a set number of IPEN Notary Connect credits for use with your in-house notary. Once you’ve used all your included credits, you can purchase additional credits at the rate shown for your plan. Higher-tier plans include more credits and offer lower rates for additional credits, providing significant savings for frequent users.

IPEN (In-Person Electronic Notary) uses a credit-based system included with your subscription plans, perfect for companies with in-house notaries. RON (Remote Online Notary) is pay-per-use at $25 per session, ideal for companies without in-house notaries who need instant 24/7 access to certified online notaries.

Our premium plans offer significant savings when you use both document recording and IPEN Notary Connect services together. The higher your plan tier, the more you save per document processed through our platform. You’re free to use either service independently, but the combined service offers the best value.

No, our pricing is completely transparent. Your subscription covers all standard recording fees and includes IPEN credits. RON pricing is clearly outlined with base session pricing and additional fees for extra pages or signers.
